» Combined rotary cut and rotary moulder machine

One of the key unit which highlight the Shortfootprint style of line is the combined rotary cutter and rotary moulder units, which are combined in a single machine. With this unit the baker can have the rotary moulder and the rotary cutter in a single unit, with a consequent reduction in the capital investment required and in the space occupied.
The rotary moulder unit has all the features of the standard Imaforni machine in terms of adjustments and performance – knife adjustments, roll speeds etc.
The rotary cutter works with the single roll pronciple used for cutting and embossing operations and performs as its higher sister.
The changeover time from one type of production to the other is simple, it can be done by the same operator of the line and does not take more than half an hour.
All the mechanical components of the unit are housed outside the frame of the machine. This solution, which is in line with the company’s design philosophy, ensures hygiene and easy cleaning of the machinery, and facilitates access for inspection and servicing.
