This type of line is designed for the production of both hard and soft biscuits and is the ideal solution when flexible production is required in a limited space.
This solution ensures:

  • High production, flexibility and quick changeover from hard sweet to soft biscuits and vice versa
  • One single machine can be used as a rotary cutter unit or a rotary moulder unit (linkare con combined rotary cutter rotary moulder)
  • Advanced technological process using a 4-roll sheeter and two vertical gauge rolls
  • Direct dough feeding system using a vertical elevator – further space savings
  • Reduced footprint saves space

    The unit can be supplied with a working width from 1.000 up to 1.200 mm.
    All the mechanical components of the unit are housed outside the frame of the machine. This solution, which is consistent with the company's design philosophy, ensures perfect sanitation and easy cleaning of the machinery, while facilitating access for inspection and servicing.
